Welcome to Panamplify: Getting Started Guide

Panamplify automates the parts of client reporting that eat your team’s time — pulling data, assembling reports, and drafting the narrative that explains what happened. This guide covers what to expect in your first session and where to go next.

What Panamplify Does

Four things, in order:

  • Automates the busywork. Connects to your clients’ platforms and pulls the data automatically, so no one is exporting spreadsheets or taking screenshots the night before a report is due.
  • Reveals what matters. Surfaces the trends, anomalies, and correlations that are easy to miss when you’re scanning numbers manually across dozens of accounts.
  • Tells the story, not just the stats. Generates a first-draft narrative that explains why performance moved, not just what the numbers were.
  • Connects performance to outcomes. Ties marketing metrics back to the results your clients actually care about — leads, conversions, revenue — instead of stopping at impressions and clicks.

Your First 15 Minutes

  1. Connect a data source. Start with one client and one platform — see Connecting Your First Data Source.
  2. Let the scan-and-infer step run. Panamplify reads the connected account and proposes a first-draft report structure based on what it finds — you’re not starting from a blank page.
  3. Review the AI-generated narrative. Treat it as a strong first draft, not a final answer. Edit anything that doesn’t sound like you or your client relationship.
  4. Toggle sections on or off. Every report is adjustable — remove what a specific client doesn’t need, add what they do.
  5. Send or schedule. Once a report is dialed in for a client, save it as their template so next month starts from an approved baseline, not a blank slate.
